Registration Problems
I have purchased a license key but it tells me that the key is not valid.
Sensational Soccer: Your license key is locked to the PC that you used to purchase the key. If you wish to use more than one PC then please email support@newstargames.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase.
New Star Soccer: Your license key will only work with the player name that you registered. Please check that you are using the correct name and make sure you copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the license key when requested. If that fails please email support@newstargames.com
I purchased a license key some time ago but I have lost it.
Please email support@newstargames.com with the name and the email address you used to purchase the license.
